Eloïse founded Eloquence in 2011. She works with leaders and emerging leaders to help them communicate with clarity, focus, and alignment in any business context. Throughout her career, she has managed teams as large as 80 people, has built and led a high growth service marketplace within a start-up, and has run a successful arts non-profit. She lives between Paris and New York. 

Eloïse believes that speaking with purpose is an essential skill to cultivate because it arms people with agency over their environment and their careers, and is foundational to relationship-building and to success.
